Scope of our work

  • Manufacturer sourcing

We approach manufacturers in China for the required product and discuss their ability to meet the agreed material, construction and packaging requirements.

  • Specifications and samples

Customer requirements are recorded in a written specification. Samples are arranged for approval to confirm colour, surface, construction and finish before bulk production.

  • Production follow-up and checks

We follow production with the manufacturer and communicate progress to the customer. Pre-shipment checks use the written order and confirmed sample as references.

  • Freight and documentation

We coordinate sea freight bookings and prepare export documents, product labels and packaging information against the destination requirements provided by the customer.

  • A single point of contact

A designated contact coordinates the enquiry and order, bringing together communication on specifications, samples, production and shipment.

Business and individual customers

We work with overseas businesses procuring materials and individual customers purchasing for their homes. Each enquiry is considered against its material requirements, quantity, packaging and destination.

From enquiry to shipment

  1. Requirements and enquiry

The customer outlines the materials, intended use, indicative quantity and destination. We clarify the requirements before approaching manufacturers.

  2. Manufacturer sourcing

We discuss the requirements with manufacturers in China and present the available product and production options to the customer.

  3. Order and sample confirmation

Materials, construction, appearance and packaging requirements are recorded in the order. The customer confirms the sample before bulk production.

  4. Production coordination

We follow production progress with the manufacturer and update the customer. Quantity, packaging and appearance are checked against the order before shipment.

  5. Freight and export documents

Once the goods have been checked, we coordinate the sea freight booking and prepare the agreed labels and export documents for the destination.
